This cheek retractor is a unique one which we do not believe is present on the market. It has a very simple way of working with the sucking option. All parts are 3D printed, just need to be assembled on the base cheek retractor. One end is put inside the vacuum sucking machine (for this type of cheek retractor high vacuum is recommended) and the other end directly to a common pipe with metal wire inside and the nozzle suction tip.

- Sucking dual pipe (from both sides – left and right)
- Sucking left pipe
- Sucking right pipe
- Cup for closing one side of the sucking dual pipe
You can use a dual pipe which has left and right sucking options at the same time or separately left and right one. Left one has a sucking extension from the left side of the patient’s mouth. Right one has a sucking extension from the right side of the patient’s mouth.
With this cheek retractor you can use the add-on for holding the common pipe with metal wire inside and the nozzle suction tip. The adapter can be bought separately.
Cheek Retractor and pipes as well as the cup can be 3D printed with biocompatible flex resins (as flexible as better) to give it an elastic property when it is put inside the mouth and at the same time good tensile strength to keep the mouth open. Depending on the used resin it can be autoclavable so you can use it many times.
The add-on for the common pipe with metal wire inside and the nozzle suction tip can be 3D printed with an ordinary flex resin to give the fins elasticity to bend when the pipe is put inside the hole
What you receive is a fully functional and tested product.
