Engineered with ergonomics and clinical hygiene as top priorities, it features a curved hand grip for comfortable handling and advanced draining/wiping capabilities for flawless sterilization workflows.

Through-Holes in Slots: Each slot has a built-in drainage hole at the bottom to prevent liquid, dust, or moisture buildup.
Curved Bottom Channels: The underside of the base is designed with continuous curved channels, allowing disinfectant wipes or cleaning cloths to slide right through for seamless, trap-free wiping.

3D Printing & Technical Settings
This model is designed for everyday clinical use and needs to withstand frequent handling and chemical cleaning.

Recommended Material:
PETG / ABS / ASA: Highly recommended over PLA. These materials offer superior resistance to isopropyl alcohol (IPA), chemical disinfectants, and warmer cleaning temperatures.
Medical-Grade / Biocompatible Resin: If printing on an SLA/MSLA resin printer for a flawless, non-porous surface finish.
Layer Height: 0.16mm – 0.2mm (lower layer heights will ensure a perfectly smooth finish on the curved hand grip).
Infill: 20% – 25% (Gyroid or Grid for strong structural rigidity).
Supports: Not required / Minimal. The internal curved channels and slot holes are optimized to bridge cleanly on well-calibrated printers.
Wall Loops: 3 or 4 walls to ensure chemical resistance doesn’t degrade the infill over time.

Clinical Hygiene Note
While the model features physical drainage holes and curved channels for easy wiping, standard FDM 3D prints have microscopic layer lines that can trap bacteria. For strict clinical environments, we recommend coating the printed part in a biocompatible, chemical-resistant clear epoxy resin, or printing with an autoclavable/biocompatible resin.
