Keep your high-speed, low-speed, and laboratory burs perfectly sorted, protected, and ready for action. The Premako Modular Bur & Drill Bit Organizer is a high-precision, 3D-printable storage solution engineered specifically for the rigorous demands of modern dental clinics and labs.

Say goodbye to generic, oversized bur blocks where bits wobble, fall out, or slide completely out of reach. This system is meticulously modeled around exact dental shank geometries to deliver the ultimate “snap-in-place” workflow efficiency.

Engineered Around Real Clinical Dimensions
A truly universal bur block cannot rely on a “one-size-fits-all” depth. Different handpiece burs require exact engineering constraints to remain stable while leaving enough neck exposure for a quick, ergonomic grasp.

This digital package features three distinct, meticulously calibrated module configurations:

The FG Module (High-Speed): Calibrated with a 1.8mm hole diameter and an exact 10.5mm pocket depth. Optimized perfectly for Friction Grip burs so they remain rock-steady without sinking, leaving the functional head perfectly accessible for fingers or tweezers.

The RA Module (Low-Speed / Latch-Type): Engineered with a 2.55mm hole diameter and a 12.0mm pocket depth. This completely conceals the mechanical latch notch of right-angle burs while presenting them cleanly.

The HP Module (Laboratory / Straight Handpiece): Built with a 2.55mm hole diameter and a deep 24.0mm pocket depth. This prevents extra-long, top-heavy lab trimming burs from tipping over or tumbling out if the tray is bumped.

Micro-Funnel Entry: Every single hole features a built-in 0.3mm x 45° internal chamfer. This acts as a microscopic funnel, allowing dental assistants to drop burs back into their slots seamlessly without catching on layer lines.

Zero-Pooling Fluid Drainage: Includes a tiny integrated escape port at the base of the pockets to ensure ultrasonic cleaning fluid or cold disinfectants drain completely rather than pooling at the bottom.

High-Performance Material & Sterilization Compliance
This model is optimized for advanced, medical-grade slicing and printing:

Autoclave-Ready (Clinical): Slice and print using high-performance engineering polymers like PEEK, PPSU, or PEI (Ultem) to allow the loaded bur blocks to go directly into steam sterilization cycles (134°C / 273°F) without warping or losing dimensional accuracy.

Lab-Side Ergonomics: Print in high-flow PETG or PETG HF for high chemical resistance against everyday clinical wipes and disinfectant sprays on your laboratory benches.

Slicer Engine: Optimized specifically for the Arachne Wall Generator to ensure hole walls are printed as strong, solid perimeters.

Wall Loops: We recommend a minimum of 4–5 walls to ensure maximum structural density around the bur pockets.

Infill: 20% Gyroid for premium internal structural stability.

Note: Since the file is archive (.zip) and if you decide to download it from the email link some of the browsers can treat it as a dangerous one (especially Chrome).
