What you receive is a fully functional and tested product.
If you have problems with the STL file or you need other file formats for 3D printing, please let us know so we can help using it with the 3D printer. Also if the scanner is larger then what the inner cradle dimensions are, please let us know and we will prepare what best suits your needs.
