This cheek retractor is a unique one which we do not believe is present on the market. It has a very simple way of working with the sucking option. You can use any hose that is very flexible and that can fit inside the hose holders. One end can be put inside the vacuum sucking machine and the other end directly to the nozzle (that you can find on this web site here) or you can extend it with a common pipe with metal wire inside and the nozzle suction tip. If you need adapter to connect the hose with both sides please contact us to deliver a custom one for free.
Packs have following :
- Regular with pipe holder – cheek retractor and cylindrical pipe holder
- Regular with pipe holder + addon for nozzle – cheek retractor, cylindrical pipe holder and add-on for holding the common pipe with metal wire inside and the nozzle suction tip
The difference between both packs is the add-on for holding the common pipe with metal wire inside and the nozzle suction tip if you do not need the flexible hose. The adapter can be bought separately in case you choose to buy a ‘Regular with pipe holder’ pack, but you need it additionally later.
Cheek Retractor can be 3D printed with biocompatible flex resins (as flexible as better) to give it an elastic properties when is putting inside the mouth and in the same time good tensile strength to keep the mouth open. Depending on the used resin it can be autoclavable so you can use it many times.
The add-on for the common pipe with metal wire inside and the nozzle suction tip can be 3D printed with an ordinary flex resin to give the fins elasticity to bend when the pipe is put inside the hole.
The pipe holder can be made of a simple ABS resin since it does not require any special properties.
What you receive is a fully functional and tested product.
